Leading the fullstack team on an internal AI/ML platform at work, which lately means the big unglamorous stuff nobody demos: moving the agent builder onto Flowise, rebuilding the log viewer, deleting a service that should have been gone years ago.

On the side, I build small tools with Claude and friends, mostly to see what the loops feel like. Half of them die in the file system and never come out, and that's usually the right call.

Reading a few books in parallel, novels and manuals both, finishing neither as fast as I tell myself I will.

A "now page" is a Derek-Sivers idea: a single page that answers "what are you up to lately?" so you don't have to email people about it.
