Leading the fullstack team on an internal AI/ML platform at work. Lately that's the big, unglamorous stuff: moving the agent builder onto Flowise, rebuilding the log viewer, deleting a service that should have died years ago.

On the side, building tiny tools with Claude and friends. Mostly to see what the loops feel like. Half of them die in the file system. That's fine.

Reading a few books in parallel, which is a habit I keep pretending I'll quit.

A "now page" is a Derek-Sivers idea: a single page that answers "what are you up to lately?" so you don't have to email people about it.
